Cupcake Craft challenge #79 Friends
Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderfull weekend,
This is my card for the following challenges.
Cupcake Craft challenge this week was to make a card for friend.
Sketch Saturday to use the sketch.
On the very last minute for this one for Cupcake.
At the moment I do have to keep to a sketch, I worry if I move it around I might get in a muddle.
The large frame stamp is by Magenta which I coloured with Copic/Promarkers and the papers are Doodle bug, matted onto Bazzil Bling parsley.
I inked the smile stamp from Hero Arts then punch the square. Sentiment from Aspects of Design 52 by Kay Carley.
I have another post tonight,
Thanks for calling by.

Double Dutch Challenge #37 Alphabet Soup
Hi, as promised this is my second post today.
The Double Dutch Challenge is Alphabet Soup. Make a card or creation in the shape of a letter from the alphabet.
This is my card.
B is for baby. I printed a letter on the computer cut around it ( several times). Give me the mice and a small pair of scissors and i'm fine, but ask me to follow a line and oh dear!! That's why my sister Jackie and I make a great team, she usually makes and cuts the templates, when we get together X
I'ts 15 x 10.5 cm The chequed paper is printed from the Wild Rose Studio Spring CD. If you like papers to print these are gorgeous. I made an insert from Blueberry Hill paper by Papermania and also for the little shoes, arn't they scrummy. They were made from a template by the very talented Christine Ruff.
The stamps are from Cute Companions which I coloured with my Copic markers and cut them out. A couple of rub-ons from Basic Grey, Sugared some flower braid and pearl beads for buttons and there you are.!!!
I love making cards with these stamps, if you want to treat yourself to a really great day out then a workshop with their very talented and wonderful designer Jayne Nestorenko is not to be missed. She is posting the new workshops on her site this week. Don't hang around though they go very quickly.
Loads a Hugs

Edit: the template for the shoes was very kindly given to me by the lovely Christine Ruff. If you would like it please email her at caruff@hotmail.co.uk

Mo's Digital challenge # 19
Hello to all the lovely friends and thanks for calling by,
The challenge over at Mo' Digital Pencil blog is "Clean n Simple".
To make your creation with white or cream cardstock one of Mo's images and one ribbon, no additional layers. Hop over and look at the DT cards WOW!!
This is my card.
I really enjoyed this challenge, to just enjoy the colouring and not to worry about papers and such like.
Really refreshing, and makes Mo's fabulous image Isaiah reading to the baby, the focal point.
I also set myself the challenge to keep the colouring simple too. You can colour with limited markers by layering on top with the same marker. I used a couple of Promarkers and a few Copics.
To set the scene I found some small freebie stamps given with a magazine and thought they could be pictures the baby had coloured, hence the scribble.!!!
I have another post this evening but have to take over looking after my grandaughter will my hubby has a snooze, be back later.

Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #18
Hello to you all this morning and thanks for dropping by.
The challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil blog is, All about Colours. To use pink, white, red and include a heart on your project.
There are two other challenges I would like to enter this card for.
Cupcake Craft Challenge the theme this week is Keep It Simple
Crazy for Challenges the theme is RED
I didn't want to do a valentines card, so I did one that could be Mother's Day or Birthday for mum.
My sister and I had a fabulous couple of days together this week. We worked on this card and a calender project that she made at a workshop at Whichcraft, i'll add a picture at the end. Why don't you drop in there and have a look at their workshops you won't be disappointed!!
I chose the gorgeous I Love Ya, Tomorrow digital image, she is so fabulous to colour. The greeting on the heart garland was printed on the computer stamped and punched out. I then threaded them and beads on to some metalic thread. My Cricut machine cut the 'mum' letters, it doesn't come out as often as it should. I have to keep getting it out of the box and to use it.
Card ingredients.
I love ya tomorrow digital image
copic markers
Basic Grey paper marrakech - I adore this set of paper.
Navy card Paper Mill
Chalk background
Stamp on hearts stars by Lavinia stamps
This is the calender that Jac and I made just want to share it with you.

Mo's Digital Challenge wood/would
Hi Folks,
I've really been pushed for time this week so I'm last minute with this challenge. Mo's Digital Challenge this week was Wood or Would as in would you be mine. I've used the oh so cute!! Twins in tu-tus image. They have just finished their dance class and sitting on the wooden floor. It's quite a challenge to do wood but I enjoyed it. I did put clear star dust on the tu-tus and shoes but it's not showing very well. The purple/pink background was done with chalk and the girls and the floor were done with copics.

Tilda Relaxing In Flowers
Hi thank you for stopping by.
Can you imagine my absolute suprise to find out that my winter card of Edwin and Tilda skating had won the Double Dutch challenge. Pop over there and have a look at the others they are fabulous. Thank you so much to the team for choosing it!!!
I'm entering this card in two challenges tonight.
The first one is:
Roses on Paper /Belles & Whistles combo challenge 30, to use the following sketch.
The second one is:
Just Magnolia Challenge, to put hearts and flowers with a Magnolia image
I made the roses from punched shapes and thought you might like to see them a little closer. I would have normally used green leaves but as it wasn't on the card I decided to throw caution to the wind and use this striped paper, hey ho hope it worked. I was going to use Edwin but didn't have a romantic one, and after quite a few goes at trying to alter one I gave up and used this Tilda instead. As I stamped her on the hessian type paper I thought it looked better as a line drawing.

Papertake Weekly Challenge sketch 33
Hello, thank you for stopping by.
The challenge at Papertake Weekly is to use sketch 33.
I've used this gorgeous ballerina teddy stamp from Elzybells.
I want to be able to take better photographs though, because different light and shadow changes the colours on my cards. The base card is the same colour as the embossed circle and yet it looks darker.
Just another part of this new world of blogging to get to grips with, and I need a photo for my profile, pheeewww!
I'm in awe especially with your lovely comments. To think that friends of like mind can look at each others amazing creations whether they are a few streets away or on the other side of the world!!! Thank you
As I've used a teddy I will also be putting it onto the Teddy Stampers challenge blog which is to put some Dry Embossing somewhere on your card.
