How long has it been!!!!

Hi friends as my title says 'How long has it been.....' I can't believe it.
I hope you're all having a good summer, has it arrived yet here?

I have been busy making some cards for the Cancer Research UK here are a few of them.

I thought I would blow the dust off of my Art Impressions Stamps and join in with their challenge

Show me a Bird.

I've not used them for quite a while so I was a bit rusty. I took inspiration from the fantastic videos that you can find on the challenge blog, well worth a visit.

I used a selection of Art Impression stamps and Mavy Le Plume water colour markers.

Hope to catch up with you all soon.

Huge hugs
Cherie

Farewell Teddy Stampers

Hi lovely crafting friends, it's a sad day for teddy lovers as Teddy Stampers challenge blog has to close down.
Although I have to confess I had already said I would be leaving the team, I feel sad for the other team members, but family has to come first and we thank Jerusha for all the hard work and time she has put into running the blog and being such a great leader.
It's been such a pleasure working with this wonderful team and friendships to cherish.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our challenges over the last two years.
It's been wonderful to visit so many of you and see your gorgeous creations.

The last challenge is
Me and My Teddy

There are two great sponsors for our last bash
Digital Delights and Stamp Fairy .com

I couldn't make a card so copying Sharon's lead
here are a few of my favourite creations for Teddy Stampers.

I won't be putting my teddy stamps away there will be lots of challenges out there to have fun with,
I do hope you will join in with the final challenge.

Thank you for stopping by have a fun weekend.

A big teddy hug and wave

No stamps # Creative Card Crew

Hi crafty friends, this is my last post as DT member for Creative Card Crew.
I've enjoyed my time with the team but feel it's time to move on to pastures new, as time pemits with my commitments at home.

The challenge for this week is

NO STAMPS... you can use digis but if you feel like a tougher challenge leave these out too.

My DT card

I've used the die cut decoupage by Jolly Nation for the image
I tried to make the front look like doors opening in to a ballroom.
I just cut the curtains free hand.
Paper from Craftwork cards,
Martha Stewart doyle punch
and a bit of recycled ribbon, (you know the ribbon that keeps popping out from your neck line.... meant to hang a garment up.)

Thanks for stopping by
