and left the bear white.
Copics: bear C1 C3 R20 R22 dress R20 22 24 skin E0000 E000 hair E00 E02 Shadow R20 + 0
The easel card is made of 3 die cut circles from Whichcraftuk there's a link on my side bar.
Dp is magnolia from the Once upon a Time collection with Bazzil bling.
The punched flowers I made with help from the woj tutorial and inspiration blog
and added pearl brads from my stash. I did spritz them with shimmerz baby's breath but it's not that noticable.
Sentiment was done on the computer.

HELP!!!! just a note to say ooooh I really wish I hadn't tried the new blogging templates the pink one wasn't working properly, so i'm sorry if I switch about a bit till I find another one I like. I can't find a way to switch it off.!!!!

Happy Father's Day hope your day is special,

Crazy 4 Challenges # 34

Here is the card I made for my daughter's 30th birthday today.
I was looking for inspiration, and saw the gorgeous cards on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog.
Their challenge is to copy one of the DT creations either layout, theme, colour or the whole card.
They are all gorgeous, I chose a card by Silke Kittmann so I could use  my new paper from Stampin' Up.

The base cardstock is from the neutrals pack,  dp is called bella bleu and ribbon all from SU
from Victoria
I embossed cream linen cardstock with the Happy Birthday embossing folder by Crafts-Too.
It's the same size as a Cuttlebug I just cut it shorter.
I cut the large scallop border after drawing round a small oval, didn't have a punch to do that.
Clear stamp set is by Magenta lovely for adding layered designs.
Pearl brads from Hobby House.
The flower is made with punched circles.
If you put them through the ribbler quite a few times it breaks the fibers and makes the paper more pliable.
I wraped the ribbon around my hand a couple of times and used the large brad to pin it.
Don't make a hole in the ribbon just bend the legs of the brad around it.

Thanks for stopping by,
Love  Cherie    //*.*\\
